Hello everyone.. Because of this is my first post, we will make easier recipes which Italian Meringue Buttercream Frosting. I'm really exciting to try this.. Let's get start..


Ingredients
100 ml water
250 gram sugar
5 egg white
453 gram unsalted butter
1 tbs vanilla extract
                                                                                                                  

Directions
1. Mix sugar and water then cook on lower heat until its boiled to 115 degree. (Syrup)
            *Use the cooking thermometer, if you don't have the thermometer, just agak2 the heat

2. In a clean bowl, beat the egg white until they hold soft peaks. (Meringue)
3. Slowly drizzle the syrup into meringue on side of bowl little by little and keep whipping until it's cooler.
4. Add butter and vanilla extract then continue whipping for a while. 
5. You can use it for other cooking recipes and cake.



 If you want to make the other color like these example, just add the food coloring
