Hello everyone.. it been a while right i'm updating my website.. today.. we will make Savoiardi or ladyfinger.. It can be serve as a snack or make it as a tiramisu cake.. aawww... its so yummy.. sooo.... What we waiting for?? hahaha.. Lets start baking.. 




Ingredients
4 eggs
100 gram white sugar
1 tb vanilla extract
80 gram cake flour

Tools
1. Preheat oven to 170 degree.
2. Line three jelly roll pans with parchment paper.
3. Prepare a pastry bag with a size 6 tip (1/2 inch).

Directions
1. Separate the eggs.
2. Whisk the egg white with the sugar. Beat until very light colored. 


3. Add the vanilla extract and the egg yolk.
4. Sift the flour over the egg mixture and gently fold it in.
5. Fill the pastry bag with half of the batter and pipe 3 1/2 inch fingers, 1 1/2 inches apart, in rows on the parchment paper. Spread sugar on the finger. Continue with the second half of the batter in the same manner.


6. Bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes until firm to the touch and golden color.
7. Remove the paper and fingers from the baking sheet and place on racks to cool.
8. After cooling, remove fingers from the paper and use
   
* It can be stored between layers of wax paper in a airtight container. These freeze well.


Its easy right?? 
Believe me.. Everyone can cook..
