Ingredient A (Bottom)
100 gram biscuits (crushed)
5 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sugar

Ingredient B (Middle/Body)
500 gram cream cheese (room temperature)
200 gram sour cream
3/4 cup condensed milk
1 tsp lemon skin (shredded)
1 tbsp lemon water
1 tsp vanilla bean (optional)
3 egg
3 tbsp wheat flour.

Ingredient C (Topping)
Mango juice
Gelatin (Find the Halal one)
Sugar

Extra Ingredient (Optional)
Fresh Mango Fruit

Preparation:

Ingredient A (Bottom Base)
1. Mix all the ingredient
2. Put it in spring form pan and push it until solid
3. Bake for 8 minute and leave for a while


 This is the example of the bottom base

Ingredient B (Middle/Body)
1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and well blended.
2. Add the shredded lemon skin, lemon juice and vanilla bean.
3. Put the flour little by little to make the ingredient well smooth. 
4. Mix eggs one by one until all ingredients are well blended.


1. Pour the  ingredient B into the spring form pan (Upper Ingredient A)
2. Bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 160c.
3. When the cake is well baked, leave it in the oven for 30 minutes.
4. After that, remove the pan and let it to cool.


 Until this part you can serve the Cheese Cake. The topping is just an optional to make your cake more interesting and tastier. 

Ingredient C (Topping)
1. Mix all the ingredient
2. Pout the ingredient on the cake


Extra Topping
Put the fresh mango on the cake and decorate it as your creativity.
