Hello everyone, today we will cook Malay food which is Nasi Lemak. Nasi Lemak known as a daily food for Malay people. When you visit Malaysia, Nasi Lemak is a must menu you should try. There are many restaurant that selling the Nasi Lemak in Malaysia.

In addition, Nasi Lemak can be eaten with Sambal Ikan Bilis (Spicy Anchovies), Ayam Goreng (Fried Chicken), boiled egg and more. You can serve Nasi Lemak either in a plate or using the banana leaf. However i would like to recommend you to use the banana leaf as the smell of Nasi Lemak will be more delicious.



Ingredient:
2 cup rice (wash)
2 cup water
1 pandanus leaves (knot)
1/2 tsp salt
1 - 2 inches ginger (sliced)
1 cup thick coconut milk

Preparation:
1. Mix the rice and water in rice cooker or pot.

2. Add salt and pandanus leaves. Put in a rice cooker and cook as usual.

3. When boiling and water is almost dry, add the sliced ginger and thick coconut milk. Stir it well.

4. Wait until the rice is cooked ten it can be served.
