CUSTARD CORN PUDDING l PUDING JAGUNG KASTAD

Hello everyone, it has been a long time isn't it?? Today we gonna try a simple recipe which is corn pudding. Texture of the pudding is soft and I really love it. So, lets get started.

1/2 cup Custard Powder / Tepung Kastad
1/2 cup Sugar / Gula
1/2 cup Sweet Corn / Jagung Manis
1 Egg / Telur
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk / Susu Cair
1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk / Santan
1/2 ts Vanilla Essence
Salt

1. Mix the sugar and egg until soft and white in a bowl. Then put it aside

2. In a pot, mix all the other ingredients one by one. Then you can put in the sugar and egg that we mix just now. Stir until it mix well. 

3. Then cook it under a low pressure fire.

4. You need to keep stir the pudding so it will not burn at the bottom. 

5. When it cook, cool it down then put it in a refrigerator.
